Posser da Costa e Associados – Sociedade Civil de Advogados / CRA São Tomé e Príncipe, was created in April 1991 by Mr. Guilherme Posser da Costa, former São Tomé e Príncipe Prime-Minister and by Mr. Paulo Jorge do Espírito Santo.

Over 15 years of practice in law in São Tomé e Príncipe, the firm has grown, both in number of lawyers nowadays working with it and in their areas of expertise.

In 2007 the firm joined the global independent lawfirm network of CRA Global, and as such it nowadays relies on a close relationship with several lawfirms throughout the Portuguese-speaking countries, namely Coelho Ribeiro e Associados – Sociedade Civil de Advogados, a portuguese lawfirm with over 20 years expertise.

The offices of CRA São Tomé e Príncipe are located in Patrice Lumumba Street, nº 1, in the center of the capital of São Tomé e Príncipe.
